Phosphorus-31 magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (P-MRSI) provides valuable non-invasivein vivoinformation on tissue metabolism but is burdened by poor sensitivity and prolonged scan duration. Ultra-short echo time (UTE) acquisitions minimize signal loss when probing signals with relatively short spin-spin relaxation time (T), while also preventing first-order dephasing. Here, a three-dimensional (3D) UTE sequence with a rosette k-space trajectory (PETALUTE) is applied to P-MRSI at 3T. Conventional weighted MRSI employs highly regular Cartesian k-space sampling, susceptible to substantial artifacts when accelerated via undersampling. In contrast, this novel sequence's "petal-like" pattern offers incoherent sampling more suitable for compressed sensing (CS). These results showcase the competitive performance of PETALUTE against conventional weighted P-MRSI with simulation, phantom, and in vivo leg muscle comparisons.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disorder characterized by joint inflammation. Given the side effects of conventional treatments, this study focuses on the anti-inflammatory effects of purslane (Portulaca oleracea) and turmeric (Curcuma longa). The research is driven by the growing demand for plant based-treatment for safer therapeutic options for RA management.

Purpose Of The Review: This review aimed to summarize current evidence on the effectiveness of medical nutrition therapy (MNT) in the management of obesity and endometriosis, with a focus on dietary patterns such as the Mediterranean and Ketogenic diets, as well as nutritional supplementation. Additionally, it highlights the central role of the clinical nutritionist in implementing individualized, evidence-based interventions within multidisciplinary care.
Recent Findings: Although the literature reports the existence of an inverse relationship between risk of endometriosis and body mass index, clinical evidence jointly reports that a condition of obesity is associated with greater disease severity.

Objective: We developed and validated an artificial intelligence pipeline that leverages diffusion models to enhance prognostic assessment of knee osteoarthritis (OA) by analyzing longitudinal changes in patella shape on lateral knee radiographs.
Method: In this retrospective study of 2,913 participants from the Multicenter Osteoarthritis Study, left-knee weight-bearing lateral radiographs obtained at baseline and 60 months were analyzed. Our pipeline commences with an automatic segmentation for patella shapes, followed by a diffusion model to predict patella shape trajectories over 60 months.

Conventional acidizing struggles to remove complex, organic-rich scales in oil wells, and while strong organic solvents can help, their high cost and safety risks limit field use. To overcome these shortcomings, we developed a low-cost, safe permeability-enhanced-dispersion (PD) technique that first loosens and disperses the scale and then applies acid for thorough cleanup. The PD fluid (DL) contains a mutually soluble fatty alcohol amide phosphate dispersant (DL-F), ethanol, a surfactant blend, and a self-generating acid.

Introduction Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), which is the most common cancer type in head and neck cancers, remains a serious health problem because of its high mortality. Treatment of OSCC is mainly performed with a combination of surgery and anticancer agents. However, despite the recent development of anticancer agents, the clinical outcome of OSCC has yet to be improved.
