Subcutaneous nodules and masses as the primary manifestation of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma are exceedingly rare. We present 18 F-FDG PET/CT findings of multiple hypermetabolic nodules and masses distributed throughout the body, creating a characteristic "leopard man" appearance on the MIP image, in a 65-year-old man. An excisional biopsy of the right thigh mass confirmed the diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

Background And Purpose: Socioeconomic determinants of health impact childhood development and adult health outcomes. One key aspect is the physical environment and neighborhood where children live and grow. Emerging evidence suggests that neighborhood deprivation, often measured by the Area Deprivation Index (ADI), may influence neurodevelopment, but longitudinal and multimodal neuroimaging analyses remain limited.

Background: The development of specific fluorescent probes for cancer cell discrimination holds significant promise for advancing cancer diagnostics. Conventionally, these probes operate by translating differences in biomarkers or microenvironmental factors into variations in whole-cell fluorescence intensity. However, this dominant, intensity-based strategy is highly susceptible to extraneous fluctuations arising from probe concentration, illumination instability and complex intracellular environment.

The widespread discharge of emerging micropollutants (EMs) into sewer systems has raised serious environmental concerns throughout the world. However, the transformation mechanisms underlying the accumulation of EMs in sewer sediments remain largely unexplored. This study investigated the transformation fate and mechanisms of chloroxylenol (PCMX) in sewer sediments.

Background: Remote services (in which the patient and staff member are not physically colocated) and digital services (in which a patient encounter is digitally mediated in some way) were introduced extensively when the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. We undertook a longitudinal qualitative study of the introduction, embedding, evolution and abandonment of remote and digital innovations in United Kingdom general practice. This synoptic paper summarises study design, methods, key findings, outputs and impacts to date.

Benign lymphoepithelial tumors of salivary glands had been restricted to sebaceous and non-sebaceous (NSLA) lymphadenomas. However, salivary neoplasms recapitulating carcinoma showing thymus-like elements (CASTLE) have been the subject of recent case reports. We reviewed clinicopathological, immunohistochemical, and molecular findings in 20 salivary gland tumors with thymus-like phenotype (18 histologically benign and two with malignant component).
