The latest 2022 WHO classification of the parathyroid tumors incorporates recent data on parathyroid pathophysiology, in particular from genetic sequencing. It highlights histological features potentially indicative of underlying genetic abnormalities, because of their implications for patient management. Immunohistochemical markers can help characterize parathyroid lesions and molecular screening. This new classification is a reminder of the imperative need to provide pathologists with comprehensive clinical and paraclinical information for accurate pathological lesion characterization.

Introduction: Developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) poses challenges for component positioning during total hip arthroplasty (THA) secondary to abnormal bone morphology, soft-tissue contractures, and hip center migration. The objective of this study was to evaluate the radiographic and clinical outcomes of THA for DDH performed with robotic assistance versus manual (M) technique.
Methods: A retrospective review identified 115 patients with Crowe II to IV dysplasia undergoing primary THA at a single institution from 2016 to 2022.

Understanding why Diptera, such as mosquitoes and sand flies, feed on humans is crucial in defining them as vectors of diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, Zika virus, and leishmaniasis. Determining their attraction to humans (anthropophily) helps in assessing the risk of disease transmission, designing effective vector control strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of existing control measures. An important question is whether they are specifically attracted to humans in preference to other mammals or whether there is something else at play.

Recently, to achieve cure, physicians have been resorting to overuse or misuse of antimicrobials to treat resistant infections, leading to the emergence of further resistant organisms. To overcome this issue, antimicrobial guidelines have been developed. Nevertheless, recently, controversy regarding the effect of adherence to antimicrobial guidelines on patient outcomes has been raised.

Unlabelled: Foundation models, including large language models and vision-language models (VLMs), have revolutionized artificial intelligence by enabling efficient, scalable, and multimodal learning across diverse applications. By leveraging advancements in self-supervised and semi-supervised learning, these models integrate computer vision and natural language processing to address complex tasks, such as disease classification, segmentation, cross-modal retrieval, and automated report generation. Their ability to pretrain on vast, uncurated datasets minimizes reliance on annotated data while improving generalization and adaptability for a wide range of downstream tasks.

Objectives This study aimed to determine how turnover intentions among public health nurses have changed following their coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) response compared to 10 years ago, using propensity score matching. Methods As part of the Committee on Public Health Nursing's 2022/2023 activities, we conducted a repeated cross-sectional survey among public health nurses based on the Job Demands-Resources Model, a theoretical framework for turnover intentions. We collected cross-sectional observational data from periods before and after the COVID-19 outbreak.
