NKTCL is a highly aggressive malignant tumor, especially prevalent in the southern regions of China. Although chemotherapy regimens based on ADM have achieved certain therapeutic effects in early treatment, the issue of ADM resistance severely limits the therapeutic efficacy and makes it difficult to improve patient survival rates. Our research results indicate that the expression level of APOC1 is closely related to the sensitivity of NKTCL cells to ADM. The upregulation of APOC1 may promote mitophagy, clear damaged mitochondria, stabilize the intracellular environment, and enhance the tolerance of tumor cells to ADM. Furthermore, APOC1 may further affect the formation of mitophagy and drug resistance by activating specific signaling pathways, such as the STAT3 signaling pathway. Animal experiments further confirm the conclusions of in vitro experiments, showing that APOC1 regulates mitophagy through p-STAT3, thereby promoting the drug resistance of NKTCL. These findings provide a new perspective for the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting APOC1 and its associated signaling pathways, which may help overcome the issue of ADM resistance in NKTCL.

To address the issue of drilling fluid performance drop and wellbore instability induced by desorption between treatment agents and clay in the high-temperature environment of ultra-deep drilling, this study synthesized three organosilicon polymers (ADE, ADM, ADD) with different substituents. The study confirmed that the covalent bond significantly improved the high-temperature adsorption resistance of clay, which is closely related to the interface behavior of gels. Through rolling recovery, rheology, and filtration experiments for performance evaluation, these organic silicon polymers showed excellent high-temperature performance: the shale rolling recovery rate exceeded 80% at 210 °C, and the filtration loss was reduced to 14 mL, with a reduction rate of 53.

Commissioned by Health Education England, the country's organization for education and workforce development, the Phillips Ives Review on the Digital Future of Nursing highlighted the requisite priorities of person-centered care in digital health innovations and the required changes in nursing education to ensure competent practice in the digital age. Findings from this unpublished review, shared in the Health Service Journal and Nursing Times, bring attention to emerging care models such as virtual nursing and the critical importance of embedding person-centered nursing into the design and implementation of technology. Additionally, the importance of equipping nurses with skills in genomics, artificial intelligence, and data science was essential to delivering the benefits of these advancements.

Schools are a key setting where services to support youth mental health can occur, and teachers are important for students' social, emotional and behavioral well-being. Teacher-delivered mental health prevention and intervention programs offer an opportunity to integrate mental health support meaningfully into students' everyday lives, as well as expand the reach and impact of mental health services. This is particularly important given the lack of highly trained mental health providers and the barriers to accessing clinical services.
