Bromuconazole, a widely used triazole-based pesticide, effectively controls fungal diseases in agriculture. Bromuconazole cause a potential toxic effect to non-target organisms and can have a negative impact on reproductive health in women, due to its long half-life and bioaccumulation ability. This study identifies the cytotoxicity and adverse effects of bromuconazole on trophoblastic cells (HTR-8/SVneo) and human endometrial cells (T HESCs), which are involved in implantation processes.

Cap Methyltransferase 1 (CMTR1) facilitates the addition of a 5' methyl cap on eukaryotic mRNA molecules. Using a knock-out (KO) allele, we demonstrate that CMTR1plays an essential role during gastrulation. In the absence of CMTR1, mutant embryos undergo early lethality, arresting prior to organogenesis with severe developmental delay apparent at E7.

In the present work, the in vitro efficacy of titanium isopropoxide, Cassia auriculata flower extract and C. auriculata-mediated titanium nanoparticles (Ca-TiO NPs) as an acaricidal drug against Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus (larvae, nymph and adult) and Haemaphysalis bispinosa (adult) was evaluated. The synthesized nanomaterial was then characterized through UV, XRD, FTIR, Zeta potential and HR-TEM techniques.

Background: Infertility is a growing global challenge, with ARTs significantly improving birth rates for infertile couples. However, ART conceptions are associated with a higher risk of negative obstetrical and perinatal outcomes, with potential long-term effects on offspring health. Many pre-implantation embryos exhibit abnormal morphokinetics, implantation failure, or arrested development.

Background: Impaired embryonic developmental competence is a critical determinant of assisted reproductive technology (ART) failure, yet current genetic diagnostics primarily address complete early embryonic arrest, leaving partial developmental defects unexplained, such as compromised blastulation efficiency (CBE). Jumonji and AT-rich interaction domain containing 2 (JARID2), encoding a chromatin-modifying factor essential for histone methylation regulation, emerges as a novel candidate in this context.
Results: We identified a homozygous JARID2 missense variant (c.
