Introduction: Interest is increasing in natural feed additives that improve animal health, raise farming productivity and enhance the quality of animal products. These additives, especially polyphenols, are biologically active chemical compounds found in plants.
Material And Methods: Sixty dairy goats were randomly assigned to five feeding groups of 12 animals each.

Systemic volume changes during acute lung injury (ALI) are closely related to lung injury severity, disease progression, and treatment methods. Twenty-one goats were divided into control, mild injury, and severe injury groups via oleic acid injection. Carotid ultrasound measured carotid diameter and corrected flow time (FTc), while cardiac ultrasound assessed aortic and pulmonary artery velocity-time integral (VTI).

In free-range (extensive) dairy farming the wealth and type of consumed vegetation positively affects milk characteristics such as flavour. As free-range feeding is included as a requirement in the specifications of certain protected designation of origin cheeses, there is a need to develop methodology to identify different animal feeding regimes. This study evaluated goat milk based on two feeding regimes, namely free-range and intensive (controlled diet fed exclusively at the farm).

Purpose: Experimental assessment of the efficiency of intraosseous ultrasound (IOUS) utilizing the mini probe of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) is performed to determine the accuracy of pedicle screw hole placements in thoracolumbar spine.
Methods: Drill holes in 76 pedicles of thoracolumbar spines from 2 cases of goats. Each pedicle screw hole is subjected to a 360° circumferential IOUS scanning with a catheter-type mini ultrasound probe of EUS and to a CT examination.
