Objective: CXCR4 and integrin αβ play important roles in tumor biology and are highly expressed in multiple types of tumors. This study aimed to synthesize, preclinically evaluate, and clinically validate a novel dual-targeted PET imaging probe Ga-pentixafor-c(RGDfK) for its potential in imaging tumors.
Methods: The effects of Ga-pentixafor-c(RGDfK) on cell viability, targeting specificity, and affinity were assessed in the U87MG cells.

Delayed hemothorax (DHTX) is a possible sequelae of thoracic trauma, especially in the setting of patients being treated with anticoagulation. We report the case of an 81-year-old Caucasian man with a DHTX presenting 14 days following an initial emergency department (ED) visit with multiple rib fractures due to a fall from the patient's bed. Upon presentation to the ED a second time, the patient was hospitalized, tested positive for COVID-19, and on the second day of admission underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) without bleeding or other complications.

Background: Mouth breathing (MB) is a pediatric public health concern potentially increasing dental caries risk. We investigated risk factors, relationships between clinical characteristics and medical costs, and their effects on caries severity.
Study Design: Observation study.
Background: Metabolic bariatric surgery (MBS) is the most effective obesity treatment. The increasing number of MBS among young patients has led to more post-bariatric pregnancies. Our study investigates how breastfeeding duration impacts postpartum weight retention and health outcomes for mothers and babies after MBS.
