Purpose: There is increasing interest in the use of digital platforms such as ChatGPT for anatomy education. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of ChatGPT in providing accurate and consistent responses to questions focusing on musculoskeletal anatomy across various time points (hours and days).
Methods: A selection of 6 Anatomy-related questions were asked to ChatGPT 3.5 in 4 different timepoints. All answers were rated blindly by 3 expert raters for quality according to a 5 -point Likert Scale. Difference of 0 or 1 points in Likert scale scores between raters was considered as agreement and between different timepoints was considered as consistent indicating good reproducibility.
Results: There was significant variation in the quality of the answers ranging from extremely good to very poor quality. There was also variation of consistency levels between different timepoints. Answers were rated as good quality (≥ 3 in Likert scale) in 50% of cases (3/6) and as consistent in 66.6% (4/6) of cases. In the low-quality answers, significant mistakes, conflicting data or lack of information were encountered.
Conclusion: As of the time of this article, the quality and consistency of the ChatGPT v3.5 answers is variable, thus limiting its utility as independent and reliable resource of learning musculoskeletal anatomy. Validating information by reviewing the anatomical literature is highly recommended.

Background: Chronic nonspecific low back pain (CNSLBP) is associated with thoracolumbar fascia (TLF) dysfunction. However, the structural effects of Gua Sha, a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique, remain unclear. This study aimed to explore the acute and short-term effects of Gua Sha therapy on TLF thickness, pain intensity, and related physiological parameters in patients with CNSLBP.

Objectives: To evaluate whether patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) have different nailfold videocapillaroscopy (NVC) findings compared with healthy controls (HCs) and whether there is an association between NVC abnormalities and disease activity, clinical and/or laboratory features in SLE.
Methods: This is an observational, multicentre, international, matched case-control study. 381 subjects (203 patients with SLE and 178 HCs) were enrolled from 16 centres in 10 countries.

Background: The use of third-generation different tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) is considered the most effective option for treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC) with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations. However, there is limited information on the efficacy and safety of aumolertinib in patients remains these cases.
Methods: The clinical records of patients receiving aumolertinib as first-line therapy across four hospitals in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from April 2020 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, using progression-free survival (PFS) as the primary endpoint and overall survival (OS) representing the secondary endpoint.

Background: The objective of this study was to evaluate whether dosimetric sparing of uninvolved normal tissues, including skin/subcutaneous flaps, affects acute and late toxicities in preoperative image-guided intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IG-IMRT) for lower extremity soft tissue sarcomas (LE-STS).
Methods: Patients with LE-STS from a phase 2 preoperative IG-IMRT trial (flap-sparing-IMRT, 2005-2009) and a prospectively maintained institutional database (standard-IMRT, 2005-2020) were propensity matched by age, sex, tumor size, grade, location, wound closure, and interval from IG-IMRT to surgery; all received 50 Gy in 25 fractions preoperatively. The primary outcome was major wound complication (MWC).

Avian pseudotuberculosis infection usually presents as well-demarcated visceral necrotic foci, typically affecting the gastrointestinal tract, liver and spleen. This case series describes an atypical presentation of (Yptb) characterized by severe chronic myositis, arthritis and osteomyelitis in five village weavers (), and acute osteomyelitis and myositis associated with septicaemia in an oriental magpie robin () from a zoological collection. Clinical signs of the weavers included lethargy, poor flying ability and focally extensive periarticular and muscular swelling, whereas the magpie robin was found dead without premonitory signs.
