Automation, including Machine Learning (ML), is increasingly being explored to reduce the time and effort involved in evidence syntheses, yet its adoption and reporting practices remain under-examined across disciplines (e.g., health sciences, education, and policy).

Purpose: To describe a surgical approach to treating painful bullous keratopathy using an intracorneal silicone bubble in patients with poor visual potential.
Methods: Two eyes of two patients with painful bullous keratopathy are presented in this paper. The surgical technique consists of two steps.
Unlabelled: ClpA is an ATP-dependent chaperone essential for protein quality control in . Upon ATP binding, ClpA forms hexameric rings capable of association with the tetradecameric ClpP protease. ClpA couples ATP binding and/or hydrolysis to the unfolding and translocation of protein substrates into the central cavity of ClpP for degradation.

Introduction: While survival rates following neonatal surgery for congenital heart disease (CHD) have improved over the years, neurodevelopmental delays are still highly prevalent in these patients. After correcting for the CHD subtype, the severity of developmental impairment is dependent on multiple factors, including intraoperative brain injury, which is more frequent and more severe in those undergoing aortic arch repair with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest (DHCA). It is proposed that brain injury may be reduced if cooling is stopped at the point of electrocerebral inactivity (ECI) on electroencephalogram (EEG), but there is limited evidence to support this as few centres perform perioperative EEG routinely.

Purpose: To make Deep Image Prior (DIP)-based parameter mapping faster, more accurate, and suitable for clinical applications, with added support for multislice and 3D datasets.
Methods: DIP leverages the inherent structure of an untrained image generator to address various inverse imaging tasks, including denoising. In this study, we enhance DIP-based denoising for parameter mapping with warm-start across neighboring image slices and different patient subjects.
