Rationale: This case report highlights the complex clinical course and successful multidisciplinary management of a pediatric patient with multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C), who posed clinical dilemma at presentation. It underscores the ongoing clinical relevance of MIS-C as a post-Coronavirus disease 2019 sequelae and emphasizes the importance of maintaining a high index of suspicion for MIS-C in pediatric differential diagnoses, especially when symptoms overlap with other common conditions.

Background: High on-treatment platelet reactivity (HOTPR) may undermine the efficacy of antiplatelet therapy in acute stroke. This study aimed to assess platelet reactivity and HOTPR status during the acute phase of ischaemic stroke following antiplatelet initiation, and to determine their associations with stroke outcomes in a Malaysian cohort.
Methods: This prospective, observational study enrolled patients with acute ischaemic stroke at Sarawak General Hospital.

Introduction: Anti-phospholipid syndrome is characterized by venous and/or arterial thrombosis in the presence of anti-phospholipid antibodies. Case Presentation: We report the case of a 38-year-old Caucasian woman, who presented to the emergency department with acute chest pain.
