Chinese traditional medicine is long in the natural history, which focuses on herbal medicine, but has less discussion on acupuncture. On the basis of exploring the body knowledge in (') from the perspective of the natural history, especially through the investigation of the evolution of acupoint knowledge, the route of the natural history of body in have been detected in the aspects of observation, record, nomination and classification. In , the natural history of body is characterized by the object annotation, the interaction between the nature and things, and the practicability. Launching the natural history of body is of great significance to understanding the generation of classical body knowledge and constructing acupuncture theory.

Many North American game animals experienced severe population declines during the 19th century due to market hunting. However, estimates of the timing and magnitude of these declines often rely on anecdotal evidence, which makes it difficult to understand the lasting impacts of hunting pressures versus climate or landscape changes on the genetic diversity of contemporary populations. Historical reports suggest the California quail (Callipepla californica) suffered more significant hunting pressure in the late 19th century relative to either Gambel's (Callipepla gambelii) or mountain quail (Oreortyx pictus).

Introduction: Monitoring transmitted drug resistance is crucial for guiding first-line antiretroviral therapy (ART) and controlling the rising HIV epidemic in Türkiye. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of transmitted antiretroviral resistance to protease inhibitors (PIs), nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs), non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs), integrase strand transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) and capsid assembly inhibitors (CAIs). We also assessed the distribution of HIV-1 subtypes and circulating recombinant forms (CRFs) at one of the main national referral centres in Türkiye.

Plasma cell myeloma (multiple myeloma) is a blood cancer characterized by the clonal proliferation of plasma cells in the bone marrow. Treatment strategies evolve year by year, new drugs getting Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved each year. Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) therapies are an advanced form of immunotherapy that engineer T cells to recognize and destroy cancer cells.

Introduction: The natural history of bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) remains inadequately characterized, leaving uncertainties regarding whether associated aortic dilatation arises from an inherent susceptibility or primarily results from altered flow dynamics across the aortic valve. We aimed to describe the evolution of valve function and aortic dilatation at preschool-age in children diagnosed with BAV neonatally.
Methods: The population study, Copenhagen Baby Heart Study (n >25,000) performed in 2016-2018, diagnosed 196 newborns (0.
