Background: Disparities in cancer burden between transgender and cisgender individuals remain an underexplored area of research.
Objective: This study aimed to examine the cumulative incidence and associated risk factors for cancer and precancerous conditions among transgender individuals compared with matched cisgender individuals.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study using patient-level electronic health record (EHR) data from the University of Florida Health Integrated Data Repository between 2012 and 2023.

Rationale: AIRFLOW-3 was a 1:1 randomized, double blind, sham controlled trial of the d'Nerva Targeted Lung Denervation (TLD) System in patients with COPD.
Objective: Evaluate the impact of TLD on COPD exacerbations compared to optimal medical treatment.
Methods: AIRFLOW-3 patients were symptomatic (CAT ≥10) with moderate to very severe airflow obstruction (25% ≤ FEV ≤ 80% predicted) and GOLD E status (≥2 moderate or ≥1 severe exacerbation over prior 12 months).

Purpose: To demonstrate the use of negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) and other reconstructive techniques in the reconstruction of large tissue defects resulting from periocular necrotizing fasciitis (NF).
Methods: Description of technique with 3 illustrative cases and accompanying photographic montage.
Results: Technique: Debridement successfully spared post-septal tissues and the lid margin in all cases.
