Article Abstract

Multiple batteries in uninterruptible power supply (UPS)-microgrid systems based on multiagents composed of multiple electric vehicles (EVs) can encounter state of charge (SoC) consistency problems. To solve this differential expansion and controller saturation problem, an adaptive command filter sliding-mode control strategy based on virtual synchronous generators (VSGs) and considering the power allocation principle is proposed. First, based on directed graph theory, an SoC consistency algorithm and power allocation strategy for multiple EVs were proposed, forming a dc power system with a fixed communication topology. Second, the rotor motion equation of synchronous generator (SG) is introduced into the inverter control algorithm to form the mathematical model of VSG. Third, a low-pass filter (LFP) was introduced in the voltage control process to simulate the excitation attenuation characteristics of the SG. Based on the above, a backstepping control strategy, including a command filter and sliding mode controller is proposed, which improves the operating stability of the system based on the system errors of angle, frequency, and power output. Finally, the UPS-microgrid system based on multiagents is simulated to demonstrate the stability of the system and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

Background: Although current evidence supports the effectiveness of social norm feedback (SNF) interventions, their sustained integration into primary care remains limited. The WHO global landscape of cancer clinical trials.

Clinical trials are essential to advancing cancer control, yet access and participation remain unequal globally. The World Health Organization (WHO) established the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP) to enable a complete view of interventional clinical research for all those involved in healthcare decision-making and to identify actionable goals to equitable participation at the global level. A review of 89,069 global cancer clinical trials registered in the WHO ICTRP between 1999 and December 2022 revealed a cancer clinical trial landscape dominated by high-income countries and focused on pharmacological interventions, with multinational collaboration limited to only 3% of recruiting trials.

Sodium-glucose Cotransporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitors are oral antidiabetic drugs that were developed for the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus and are now also approved for treating chronic heart failure and chronic kidney disease. By inhibiting SGLT‑2 in the proximal renal tubule, urinary excretion of glucose is increased. Large randomized trials have demonstrated improved glycemic control, reduced cardiovascular events and lower mortality but also an increased risk of urogenital infections and dehydration.

[2,1]-Azaboranaphthalenes represent unique boron-nitrogen (BN) isosteres of naphthalenes, attracting interest for the development of molecules with enhanced therapeutic potency. The existing synthetic strategies are generally two-component reactions with harsh conditions. Here we report an organocatalysed three-component modular synthesis of ring-fused BN isosteres and BN-2,1-azaboranaphthalenes following ring expansion of unstrained cyclic ketones (n = 4-8) via Wolff-type rearrangement.
