Background: Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) originating from the infundibular region of the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) may be challenging to ablate due to thin myocardial wall and proximity to the coronary arteries in this region. In such anatomically sensitive regions, the use of radiofrequency (RF) energy may carry a risk of collateral injury or prove ineffective. We present a case report describing successful ablation of infundibular PVCs using pulsed field ablation (PFA).

Introduction: Tumour-induced osteomalacia (TIO) is rare. At our referral centre, we see a substantial number of TIO. Therefore, we planned to study their profile and treatment outcomes to provide insight in management.

Background: Various methods have been devised for catheter ablation of persistent atrial fibrillation (AF). However, it remains difficult to understand the mechanism of AF and to determine the optimal method.
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of rotor modification (RM) compared to posterior wall isolation (PWI) in the treatment of persistent AF.

Background: Damage to peri-esophageal tissue may occur following pulmonary vein isolation (PVI). Active esophageal cooling has been shown to reduce the incidence of mucosal esophageal injury, probably by dissipation of heat and inhibition of inflammation. Whether it also protects the peri-esophageal vagal nerve plexus and reduces gastric hypomotility and food retention is uncertain.

Background: A new technology, the POLAR cryoballoon system, was designed to enhance maneuvering and stabilizing catheter positions with a softer balloon and more deflectable sheath. These novel characteristics may help achieve successful pulmonary vein (PV) isolation in difficult cases when conventional balloons were used.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the differences in the lesion profiles, touch-up radiofrequency ablation (RFA) rate, and anatomical predictors of acute PV isolation between the POLAR and Arctic Front Advance Pro (AFA-Pro).
