IO-202 is a humanized immunoglobulin G1 monoclonal antibody with high affinity and specificity for leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor B4 (LILRB4; ILT3), which is predominantly expressed in monocytes and monocytic blasts. IO-202 induces antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis in vitro and in patients with leukemia. Herein, we present the phase 1a dose escalation data of IO-202 as monotherapy and in combination with azacitidine (AZA) in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and R/R chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), and the phase 1b dose expansion data of IO-202 combined with AZA for the treatment of hypomethylating agent (HMA)-naïve CMML.

Manganese (Mn) is an essential trace metal required for normal biological function, yet it also poses neurotoxic risks when dysregulated. Maintaining proper intracellular and extracellular Mn levels is critical, as Mn imbalance has been implicated in a spectrum of human diseases-including inherited Mn transport disorders, acquired manganism, and more prevalent neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. Despite these associations, the cellular mechanisms driving Mn-induced neuropathology remain poorly understood.

Background: Results from the GEMSTONE-303 trial indicate that compared with placebo plus capecitabine and oxaliplatin (PLA-CAP), sugemalimab plus capecitabine and oxaliplatin (SUG-CAP) as first-line therapy provides clinical benefits for patients with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction (G/GEJ) adenocarcinoma with programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) combined positive score (CPS) ≥5. However, the addition of sugemalimab increases medical costs. This study aimed to assess the cost-effectiveness of SUG-CAP vs.

Recent years have seen the development and advent of novel combinatorial strategies based on immunotherapy, and immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) - based treatment has established itself as a mainstay in the treatment of metastatic urothelial carcinoma (UC). Herein, we aimed to validate the prognostic value of a previously developed score, the Prognostic Immunotherapy Score (PIS), including female sex, Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Performance Status (ECOG-PS) and liver metastases, in patients treated with pembrolizumab for advanced UC from the ARON-2 dataset. We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from Metastatic UC patients diagnosed at age ≥ 18 years.

Lung cancer is the most common cancer and one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths in the world, however, the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still limited, and it is a clinically urgent problem. ROBO1 is an important surface receptor on tumor cells, but the role of humanized chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) modified natural killer (NK) cells targeting ROBO1 in NSCLC is rarely explored. Furthermore, the role of PD-1 in NK cell killing tumor cells remains controversial.
