A heteroleptic amino(imino)stannylene (TMS N)(I BuN)Sn: (TMS=trimethylsilyl, I Bu=C[(N- Bu)CH] ) as well as two homoleptic NHI-stabilized tetrylenes, (I BuN) E: (NHI=N-heterocyclic imine, E=Ge, Sn) are presented. VT-NMR investigations of (I BuN) Sn: (2) reveal an equilibrium between the monomeric stannylene at room temperature and the dimeric form at -80 °C as well as in the solid state. Upon reaction of the homoleptic tetrylenes with CO , both compounds insert two equivalents of CO , however differing bonding modes can be observed. (I BuN) Sn: (2) inserts one equivalent of CO into each Sn-N bond, giving carbamato groups coordinated κ O,O' to the metal center. With (I BuN) Ge: (3), the Ge-N bonds stay intact upon activation, being bridged by one molecule of CO respectively, forming 4-membered rings. Furthermore, the reactivity of 2 towards N O was investigated, resulting in partial oxidation to form stannylene dimer [((I BuN) SnO)(I BuN)Sn:] (6).

Brazilin, a natural homoisoflavonoid, is the primary bioactive ingredient derived from the bark and heartwood of L. It has been proven to exhibit multiple biological activities and therapeutic potential in chronic degenerative diseases, fibrotic disorders, inflammatory diseases, and cancers. However, whether it is involved in regulating the pathological process of acute kidney injury (AKI) is not fully understood.

Purpose: The rapid onset of anxiolytic drugs without cognitive or motor impairments remains an unmet need. This study evaluated the acute anxiolytic effects of Salvia heldreichiana essential oil in rats, measuring anxiety-related behaviors, hippocampal levels of serotonin, noradrenaline, gamma-aminobutyric acid GABA, and serum cortisol.
Method: Forty-eight male Wistar albino rats were divided into two experiments.

Aim: This study aims to evaluate the effects of bupivacaine on acute kidney injury (AKI) through kidney function parameters and cardiac tissue damage via TRPM2, HSP70, TLR4, NF-κB, and TNF-α biomarkers.
Material And Method: Male Wistar albino rats were divided into 4 groups, with seven rats in each group: Control group, AKI group (kidney damage induced by glycerol), AKI + L group (group treated with bupivacaine), and L group (group treated with bupivacaine alone). At the end of the experiment, kidney and heart tissues were collected for histological analysis, and serum samples were taken for biochemical analysis.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Corus officinalis Siebold & Zucc belongs to the genus Cornus in the Cornaceae family, and was first recorded in the "Shennong Herbal Classic", now has been included in "according to the tradition of both food and Chinese herbal medicines", consist of kidney and liver tonifying, antioxidant substances including cycloid glycosides, flavonoids, polyphenols, organic acids, etc. AIM OF THE STUDY: This study was aimed at discovering the mechanism underlying the anti-hyperemia effect of Cor in rats, particularly its protective effect against liver and kidney dysfunction caused by HUA.
Materials And Methods: In this study, the effect of Cor extract against HUA was verified in rats, subsequently, network pharmacology combined with non-targeted metabolomic were performed to investigate its composition characteristics, and further multi-omics studies and molecular validation were performed to reveal molecular mechanism both in vivo and in vitro.
