Background: The success of disease registry systems (DRSs) depends on developing software that aligns with the registry's specific needs.
Objective: This study focuses on localising the Checklist with Items for Patient Registry sOftware Systems (CIPROS) to facilitate the DRS assessment.
Method: This applied and cross-sectional study was carried out in 2023 in six phases.

Objective: Pain hypersensitivity and hypersensitivity to other sensory modalities (visual, auditory, olfactory, and tactile) are considered defining features in nociplastic pain states. A self-report measure of sensory sensitivity may help to characterize sensory profiles across pain populations. This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of a newly developed Danish nine-item Sensory Sensitivity Profile (SSP) questionnaire in patients with fibromyalgia.

Introduction: We developed and validated age-related amyloid beta (Aβ) positron emission tomography (PET) trajectories using a statistical model in cognitively unimpaired (CU) individuals.
Methods: We analyzed 849 CU Korean and 521 CU non-Hispanic White (NHW) participants after propensity score matching. Aβ PET trajectories were modeled using the generalized additive model for location, scale, and shape (GAMLSS) based on baseline data and validated with longitudinal data.

Background: High-density lipoprotein (HDL) function, rather than its concentration, plays a crucial role in the development of coronary artery disease (CAD). Diminished HDL antioxidant properties, indicated by elevated oxidized HDL (nHDL) and diminished paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) activity, may contribute to vascular dysfunction and inflammation. Data on these associations in CAD patients, including acute coronary syndrome (ACS), remain limited.

Objective: To develop and validate a nomogram model for predicting the risk of hyperuricemia (HUA) in perimenopausal women.
Methods: In this study, physical examination information of perimenopausal women was collected at the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China. We utilized the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (Lasso) and binary logistic regression to investigate the risk factors of HUA among perimenopausal women.
