This is a showcase for technical description of a full digital workflow aimed to reconstruct and prosthetically rehabilitate the mandible after surgical resection. The surgery was performed following a computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) guided workflow, using 3D reconstruction of the mandible and the fibula. After 2 years, when the ossification of the flap was reached and verified by a computed tomography (CT) scan, surgery was performed using a two-step implant rehabilitation, with successful outcomes.

Automatic segmentation of retinal vessels from retinography images is crucial for timely clinical diagnosis. However, the high cost and specialized expertise required for annotating medical images often result in limited labeled datasets, which constrains the full potential of deep learning methods. Recent advances in self-supervised pretraining using unlabeled data have shown significant benefits for downstream tasks.

Background: Mental and behavioral disorders affect approximately 28% of the adult population in Germany per year, with treatment being provided through a diverse health care system. Yet there are access and capacity problems in outpatient mental health care. One innovation that could help reduce these barriers and improve the current state of care is the use of mobile health (mHealth) apps, known in Germany as Digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen (DiGA).

Epcoritamab is a subcutaneous CD3xCD20 bispecific antibody approved as monotherapy for relapsed/refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL). We evaluated fixed-duration epcoritamab with rituximab plus lenalidomide (R2) in R/R FL in arm 2 of EPCORE® NHL-2 (phase 1b/2; NCT04663347). Patients received epcoritamab (2 step-up doses, then 48-mg full doses) for up to 2 years and R2 for up to 12 cycles (28 days/cycle).

Background: Digital media frequently contains positive portrayals of alcohol content, which has been shown to be associated with alcohol-related cognitions and behaviors. Because youth are heavy media consumers and have access to unsupervised, repeat viewing of media content on their personal mobile devices, it is critical to understand the frequency of encountering alcohol content in adolescents' daily lives and how adolescents engage with the content.
Objective: This paper outlines the study protocol for examining adolescents' exposure to alcohol-related content in digital media within their natural environments.
