The use of donor eggs, sperm and embryos in medically assisted reproduction (MAR) provide new possibilities for reproductive assistance and family-making. In clinical practice, it also brings to light questions of responsibility and ethical conduct. Despite this, fertility practitioners' reasoning in clinical decision-making remains surprisingly understudied.

Objective: Cinnamon-induced contact stomatitis (CCS) is a hypersensitivity reaction associated with cinnamon-containing products (CCPs). We performed a retrospective study of 74 cases of CCS induced by chewing gums or candies and reviewed the literature.
Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective study of CCS cases, diagnosed during 2010-2025, characterised by temporal association of lesions with the consumption of cinnamon-containing chewing gums or candies; lesion's resolution after discontinuation of those CCPs; and absence of recurrence as long as those CCPs were not re-used.

Objective: This study systematically reviewed the effect of intra-articular injection (IAI) of platelet-rich fibrin (i-PRF), alone or combined with arthrocentesis or arthroscopy, in managing painful articular temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and improving maximum mouth opening (MMO).
Materials And Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted in five databases, identifying randomized and nonrandomized clinical trials focusing on minimally invasive TMJ interventions using i-PRF. Meta-analyses were performed with a random-effects model for studies reporting similar outcomes, visual analog scale (VAS) scores for pain, and MMO values.

Purpose: This retrospective study assessed the effectiveness of Mohs micrographic surgery (MMS) combined with adjuvant radiotherapy for the treatment of extramammary Paget's disease (EMPD).
Methods: This retrospective study included 87 patients with pathologically confirmed EMPD and complete follow-up data who were treated at the Radiation Therapy Department of Peking University First Hospital between January 2012 and December 2021. The surgical approach for the primary lesion involved MMS, followed by postoperative radiotherapy with doses ranging from 50 to 60 Gy administered over 25-30 fractions.

Background: Robotic single-port transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (RSP-vNOTES) is an emerging minimally invasive approach that combines the advantages of robotic surgery with scarless transvaginal access. Its application in gynecologic oncology remains limited, particularly for omentectomy during ovarian cancer staging.
Methods: We present the case of a 45-year-old woman with an ovarian granulosa cell tumor (GCT) who underwent supplemental staging surgery following unilateral oophorectomy.
