Article Abstract
Introduction: Identities that lie outside of exclusively male and female, such as non-binary and genderqueer, have become increasingly more prevalent and visible within recent years. However, to date, the role of terminology in the development of such gender identities has been under-researched. This study aims to: (1) Examine what role terminology plays in coming to identify as non-binary. (2) Explore the continuing importance of terminology once a non-binary identity is established.
Methods: This study uses thematic analysis on data produced from interviews with 16 participants who self-selected for the study and were recruited from several transgender and LGBTQ+ organisations on the basis that they identified outside the gender binary of male and female.
Results: The analysis uncovered several key themes and sub-themes relating to terminology choice, encountering new terms and the process of identifying with new terminology, as well as becoming visible and understood by others.
Conclusions: This study found that terminology is not only central in coming to identify as something other than exclusively male and female, it also remains an important factor when it comes to making a non-binary identity visible to others.

Background: Neuropsychological assessments are critical to cognitive care, but are time-consuming and often of variable quality. Automated tools, such as ReadSmart4U, improve report quality and consistency while meeting the growing demand for cognitive assessments.
Methods: This retrospective cross-sectional study analysed 150 neuropsychological assessments stratified by cognitive diagnosis (normal cognition, mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease) from the Clinical Data Warehouse of a university-affiliated referral hospital (2010-2020).

Purpose: Since its inception, the National Joint Committee for the Communication Needs of Persons with Severe Disabilities (NJC) has focused specifically on advocating for individuals with significant communication support needs resulting from intellectual disability. The purpose of this review article is to describe the history of terminology used to describe this group of individuals, share the results of a recent survey completed by 102 members of our NJC Network, and discuss the implications of decisions regarding terminology in the NJC's ongoing advocacy efforts.
Method: History of terminology used to describe people with intellectual disability is documented by reviewing the literature, policies, professional organizations, and self-advocacy groups that used various terms from the early 20th century to present day.

Background And Objectives: The International Society of Blood Transfusion (ISBT) Quality Management Working Party (QM-WP) initiated a project to harmonize the definitions commonly used in quality management within blood establishments (BEs) around the world. A working group was established with the aim of providing simple, unambiguous definitions that can be applied in a standardized way.
Materials And Methods: Common references available internationally were consulted in drafting a list of definitions relating to quality management.
Introduction: Apalutamide, an androgen receptor antagonist for prostate cancer, rarely causes drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS).
Case Presentation: A 75-year-old male with prostate cancer and multiple bone metastases developed grade 2 rash and grade 3 liver dysfunction according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) 3 weeks after starting apalutamide with a GnRH antagonist, followed by a 3-day fever. Ten days later, symptoms worsened to grade 3 rash and grade 4 liver dysfunction.
