The practice of rural construction has been exploring and trying to adapt to the needs of rural development in various periods. In recent years, under the attention and promotion of the central policy, various social forces have joined the ranks of rural construction, and art intervention in rural construction has begun as a new method. Entering the public eye, it deeply intervenes in the construction and development of the countryside in a more gentle way, from the key point of interaction between the social and cultural orientation and the material needs of the countryside. However, most of the art interventions in rural construction practice only unilaterally use artistic techniques to beautify local areas or display works, without realizing the hidden artistic and cultural value of the village and ignoring the participation and role of the villagers in the whole process. After the construction is completed, once the foreign construction forces are withdrawn, the development of the village will stagnate. Therefore, mobilizing the main body of rural construction (original villagers) to participate in the joint construction of the village is an important link to solve the current problems of art intervening in the construction of rural settlements.

Diurnal floret opening and closure (DFOC) is essential for rice reproductive development and hybrid breeding, yet transcriptional dynamics and underlying regulatory networks remain poorly characterized. Here, we conducted high-temporal-resolution transcriptomic analyses of lodicules to dissect DFOC regulatory networks in two japonica rice cultivars. Analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) uncovered core genes shared by both cultivars, primarily associated with jasmonic acid (JA) signaling and cell wall remodeling.

In this study, bovine peptide‑calcium chelates (BBP-Ca) were prepared via enzymatic hydrolysis to generate peptides and fermentation to obtain soluble calcium ions, which were then chelated together. The structural characteristics of BBP-Ca were comprehensively analyzed using FTIR, SEM, and UV spectroscopy. Additionally, its antioxidant capacity was evaluated by examining its protective effects against oxidative stress-induced damage in Caco-2 cells.

Preliminary evidence suggests that Tai Chi may effectively relieve pain symptoms, increase quality of life, and reduce cardiovascular risk in patients with chronic coronary syndrome (CCS). However, few randomized controlled trials have specifically investigated the potential benefits of Tai Chi in patients with CCS, particularly regarding its effects on psychological stress and cellular stress levels. To evaluate the effectiveness of a hybrid Tai Chi cardiac rehabilitation programme in reducing perceived stress and oxidative stress in diagnosed patients.

Background: Selenium and zinc elements have been proven to participate in immune regulation and infertility improvement. Their potential has been confirmed in in prostatitis and reproductive performance modulation. In this study, first the composition of selenium- and zinc-enriched duck embryo egg (SZDE) powder was analyzed, especially trace elements and oligopeptides.

This paper demonstrates how optimal policy learning can inform the targeted allocation of Indonesia's two subsidized health insurance programmes. Using national survey data, we develop policy rules aimed at minimizing "catastrophic health expenditure" among enrollees of APBD or APBN, the two government-funded schemes. Employing a super learner ensemble approach, we use regression and machine learning methods of varying complexity to estimate conditional average treatment effects and construct policy rules to optimize program benefits, both with and without budget constraints.
