Background: Although current evidence supports the effectiveness of social norm feedback (SNF) interventions, their sustained integration into primary care remains limited. Drawing on the elements of the antimicrobial SNF intervention strategy identified through the Delphi-based evidence applicability evaluation, this study aims to explore the barriers and facilitators to its implementation in primary care institutions, thereby informing future optimization.
Methods: Based on the five domains of the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR), we developed semi-structured interview and focus group discussion guides.

In Tl myocardial perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), gastric wall uptake can impact the inferior wall. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and usefulness of the masking on un-smoothed image (MUS) method for Tl myocardial perfusion SPECT. A hemispherical gastric wall phantom was created to simulate the gastric fundus located closest to the myocardium, and the activity was enclosed to achieve an SPECT count ratio against the myocardium equivalent to that observed in clinical practice.

The aging population worldwide faces an increasing burden of age-related conditions, with Alzheimer's disease being a prominent neurodegenerative concern. Drug repurposing, the practice of identifying new therapeutic applications for existing drugs, offers a promising avenue for accelerated intervention. In this study, we utilized the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to screen a library of 1760 FDA-approved compounds, both with and without rapamycin, to assess potential synergistic effects on yeast growth.

Background: Appendicectomy is a well-established surgical procedure used for managing of acute appendicitis. In open appendicectomy, McBurney's point is the surgical landmark for locating the appendix, and it is common practice to make an incision there. However, in this study, we identified the root of the appendix via computed tomography, made an incision around that sites, and performed the appendicectomy through this incision.

Microtubule-actin cross-linking factor 1 (MACF1) is a large protein of the spectraplakin family, which is essential for brain development. MACF1 interacts with microtubules through the growth arrest-specific 2 (Gas2)-related (GAR) domain. Heterozygous MACF1 missense variants affecting the zinc-binding residues in this domain result in a distinctive cortical and brain stem malformation.
