Purpose: To predict metastasis-free survival (MFS) for patients with prostate adenocarcinoma (PCa) treated with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and external radiotherapy using clinical factors and radiomics extracted from primary tumor and node volumes in pre-treatment PSMA PET/CT scans.
Materials/methods: Our cohort includes 134 PCa patients (nodal involvement in 28 patients). Gross tumor volumes of primary tumor (GTVp) and nodes (GTVn) on CT and PET scans were segmented.

Horner syndrome (HS), a rare complication of endoscopic thyroid surgery (ETS), manifests as ptosis, miosis, and anhidrosis resulting from oculosympathetic pathway disruption. This study explores HS etiology through two case reports and literature analysis. Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a rare non-Hodgkin lymphoma derived from natural killer (NK) or T-cells. It mainly affects lymph nodes, and less frequently, extranodal sites such as the skin, bone, or oral cavity. The ArtiSential® clip applier (LivsMed®, San Diego, CA, USA) is a new double-jointed laparoscopic clip applier with 90° wrist articulation. We sought to explore the feasibility of the new clip applier in robotic urologic surgery and compare it with the standard Weck® laparoscopic Hem-o-lok® clip applier. A retrospective review of 100 consecutive robotic urologic surgeries completed using the new clip applier by two surgeons was conducted from August 2024 to January 2025.

Background: The LungART trial randomized NSCLC patients with N2 disease to adjuvant chemotherapy ± radiotherapy. They found that patients who received radiotherapy had reduced overall survival and claimed that heart dose was the etiological factor, though without offering proof. Consequently, we evaluated cardiac dose and overall survival (OS) in a large cohort of patients treated with adjuvant radiotherapy for N2 disease.
