This text is the continuation of the XVIII SBFa Congress publication. In part "A" we presented the analyses on clinical vocal evaluation. Part "B" focuses on vocal rehabilitation: 4. Traditional techniques of vocal therapy; 5. Modern techniques of electrostimulation and photobiomodulation applied to vocal rehabilitation. The numerous studies on the various programs, methods, and techniques of traditional rehabilitation techniques, and many with high quality of evidence, allow us to consider such procedures relatively well described, safe, and with known effects, accounting for the treatment of various vocal disorders. The scientific evidence with traditional techniques is recognized worldwide. New fronts of evolution, with electrostimulation or photobiomodulation used to handle voice problems, seem to be promising as coadjutant approaches. There are more studies on electrostimulation in vocal rehabilitation than with photobiomodulation; however, scientific evidence for these two modern techniques is still limited. Knowledge and caution are required for the application of either technique.

Introduction: A significant challenge for some transgender and gender diverse (TGD) individuals is that their voice and communication do not align with their gender identity or the way they wish to be perceived. Voice and communication training (VCT) can address key factors that are the most salient in gender perception, such as pitch, resonance, articulation, and intonation. While intonation training has proven its benefits for developing a feminine-sounding voice, its impact on achieving a masculine-sounding voice remains underexplored.

Aims And Objectives: Primary muscle tension dysphonia (pMTD) is a common cause of voice disorders and is treated by speech and language pathologists (SLPs). Some singing teachers specializing in the habilitation of the performance voice also have rehabilitation skills helping singers recover from illness. The aim of this pilot study was to assess the feasibility and acceptability of using a structured and well-characterized habilitation and rehabilitation pedagogic technique for singers, The Complete Vocal Technique (CVT), in the treatment of patients with speaking voice problems due to pMTD.

Objective: Primary Muscle Tension Dysphonia (pMTD) is a functional voice disorder characterized by excessive laryngeal muscle tension and vocal hyperfunction, often linked to psychological factors and impaired vocal motor control. Background: Voice training (VT) aids patients in achieving or restoring physiological harmony among the vocal organs and in correcting the faulty conditioned reflexes induced by benign vocal cord lesions (BVLs). Herein, we designed a systematic review and meta-analysis for the first time to evaluate the effect of VT on BVLs after surgery based on several outcomes.
Methods: Four electronic databases (PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Cochrane Library) and 3 Chinese databases (CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang) were searched through September 26, 2024, without any restrictions.

Introduction: Stress is nearly ubiquitous in everyday life; however, it imposes a tremendous burden worldwide by acting as a risk factor for most physical and mental diseases. The effects of geographic environments on stress are supported by multiple theories acknowledging that natural environments act as a stress buffer and provide deeper and quicker restorative effects than most urban settings. However, little is known about how the temporalities of exposure to complex urban environments (duration, frequency and sequences of exposures) experienced in various locations - as shaped by people's daily activities - affect daily and chronic stress levels.
