Background: Preschools are important environments in shaping young children's lifestyle behaviours, including movement (physical activity, screen time, and sleep) and eating behaviours. Few studies have investigated how teachers and principals can be supported in promoting healthy lifestyle behaviours in the preschool setting and whether a digital support tool could be a way forward. This study aimed to explore preschool teachers' and principals' perceptions, needs, and prerequisites for promoting healthy lifestyle behaviours, as well as their preferences for a potential digital support.

The ever-demanding job of nurses necessitates night shift work for 12 hours at various healthcare facilities to improve continuity of care. Working at night is associated with physical and mental stress as it disturbs circadian rhythm, affects sleep, influences dietary and eating routine, and impairs cognitive function. Nursing is a high-demand profession that requires working for longer hours, due to which, nurses are at increased risk of occupational fatigue.

Objective: In this study, we aimed to examine the relationship between the Eating Assessment Tool-10 (EAT10) score, a screening index for dysphagia, and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) score, which evaluates daytime sleepiness in Japanese workers.
Method: A cross-sectional study of 496 workers (454 men and 42 women) at two business locations in Japan was conducted from November 2021 to June 2022. Dysphagia was assessed using the score of EAT10, a self-administered questionnaire.

Poor sleep quality and nutrition are associated with impaired cognitive and emotional state. Athletic trainers often maintain a strenuous schedule, which may impact sleep and nutrition quality. The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between athletic trainers' sleep and nutrition quality with emotional and cognitive well-being.
