Background: Remineralizing early enamel lesions in primary dentition remain a significant challenge in dentistry, requiring innovative approaches to enhance enamel repair.
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of a commercially available nanohydroxyapatite paste (Nano P), alone and in combination with air dielectric barrier discharge cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) and a 940-nm diode laser, on enamel remineralization.
Materials And Method: In this study, 105 intact anterior primary teeth were randomly assigned into one control and six experimental groups: (I) control, (II) Fluoride varnish, (III) Nano P, (IV) Nano P + dye + laser, (V) Nano P + laser, (VI) CAP, and (VII) Nano P + CAP.

Background: The monothermal caloric test (MCT) is a simplified alternative to the traditional bithermal caloric test for evaluating vestibular function. However, its diagnostic correlation with video head impulse test (vHIT) parameters, particularly in acute vestibular neuritis (VN), has not been thoroughly established.
Methods: This retrospective study included 32 patients with acute VN who underwent bithermal caloric testing and vHIT within 5 days of symptom onset.

Aluminum monofluoride (AlF) is a promising candidate for laser cooling and the production of dense ultracold molecular gases, thanks to its relatively high chemical stability and diagonal Franck-Condon factors. In this study, we examine the interactions and collisions of AlF in its Σ, Π, and Π electronic states with ground-state He using state-of-the-art ab initio quantum chemistry techniques. We construct accurate potential energy surfaces (PESs) employing either the explicitly correlated coupled-cluster CCSD(T)-F12 method augmented by the CCSDT correction or the multireference configuration-interaction method for higher-excited electronic states.
