Article Abstract

Perovskite materials have been widely used to fabricate solar cells, laser diodes and other photodevices, owing to the advantage of high absorption coefficient, long carrier life and shallow defect energy levels. However, due to easy hydrolysis, it is difficult to fabricate perovskite micro-nano devices. Herein, we developed a water-free device fabrication technology and fabricated a two-dimensional (CHCHNH)PbI ((PEA)PbI) two-color blue-green light detector, which exhibits high detection performance under the illumination of two-color lasers (λ = 460 nm, 532 nm). Compared with bulk devices, the dark current of the fabricated devices (10 A) was reduced by 2 orders of magnitude. The peak responsivity and detectivity are about 1 A/W and 10 Jones, respectively. The photodetection performance of the device is basically the same under the two-color lasers. Our results provide a new process to fabricate perovskite microelectronic devices, and the fabricated photodetector shows great application prospects in underwater detection, owing to the blue-green window existing in water.

Soliton propagation of laser radiation in various nonlinear media is of great importance because of its numerous applications. Active periodic structures with parity-time symmetry provide the possibility for the solitons generation due to the balance of energy gain and loss. In the present paper, we derive an approximate analytical soliton solution to a model of two-color laser radiation propagation in an active periodic structure.

Key Laboratory of Optic-Electric Sensing and Analytical Chemistry for Life Science, MOE, College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Qingdao 266042, P. R. China.

To achieve high-throughput rapid monitoring of marine pathogens, this study developed an innovative single-electrode electrochemiluminescence (SEE) array biosensing imaging platform. For the first time, the highly luminous RuSiO-Au and Lu@MIL-NH with a strong nanoconfinement effect were integrated onto a single 10-well microelectrode array. By taking advantage of the extremely strong ECL signals, red-blue dual-color ECL imaging detection of and was achieved, which can be clearly distinguished by the naked eye on mobile phones.

Primary teeth play a crucial role in a child's development, particularly in maintaining space for permanent teeth. The premature loss of a primary tooth can lead to orthodontic issues, making the use of space maintainers essential to ensure proper growth and development of permanent teeth. To preserve space, the fabrication of a space maintainer is necessary.

Prior studies of halobenzene-ammonia complexes have shown that the nature of the cationic intermediate (i.e., Wheland-type vs ion-radical) may play a key role in determining the reaction products.

The human Fic enzyme FicD plays an important role in regulating the Hsp70 homolog BiP in the endoplasmic reticulum: FicD reversibly modulates BiP's activity through attaching an adenosine monophosphate to the substrate binding domain. This reduces BiP's chaperone activity by shifting it into a conformation with reduced substrate affinity. Crystal structures of FicD in the apo, adenosine triphosphate (ATP)-bound, and BiP-bound states suggested significant conformational variability in the tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs.
