Background And Objectives: Neuroimaging findings in immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) have not been systematically described. We created the chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell Neurotoxicity Imaging Virtual Archive Library (CARNIVAL), a centralized imaging database for children and young adults receiving CAR T-cell therapy. Objectives of this study were to (1) characterize neuroimaging findings associated with ICANS and (2) determine whether specific ICANS-related neuroimaging findings are associated with individual neurologic symptoms.

Precisely structured nanoclusters provide ideal platforms for elucidating structural evolution and structure-activity relationships. However, mechanistic understanding of dynamic core-shell rearrangements has long been impeded by the elusive nature of intermediates during transformation processes. Here, we show that ligand engineering-driven asymmetric thiolate exchange enables atomic-level visualization of structural evolution, thereby overcoming the long-standing challenge of intermediate capture.

Understanding why Diptera, such as mosquitoes and sand flies, feed on humans is crucial in defining them as vectors of diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, Zika virus, and leishmaniasis. Determining their attraction to humans (anthropophily) helps in assessing the risk of disease transmission, designing effective vector control strategies, and monitoring the effectiveness of existing control measures. An important question is whether they are specifically attracted to humans in preference to other mammals or whether there is something else at play.

The divergence in folding pathways between RNA co-transcriptional folding (CTF) and free folding (FF) is crucial for understanding dynamic functional regulation of RNAs. Here, we developed a simplified all-atom molecular dynamics framework to systematically compare the folding kinetics of an RNA hairpin (PDB:1ZIH) under CTF and FF conditions. By analyzing over 800 microseconds of simulated trajectory, we found that despite convergence to identical native conformations across CTF simulations (with varied transcription rates) and FF simulations, they exhibit distinct preferences for the folding pathways defined by the order of base-pair formation.
