A high-yield silver alkynyl assembly [Ag(C[triple bond, length as m-dash]C Bu)(CFCOO)(CHCN)] (1) constructed from [AgC[triple bond, length as m-dash]C Bu] ligand, CFCOOAg and CHCN auxiliary ligands with a one-dimensional infinite chain structure has been obtained in one pot. Compound 1 has been well-defined and characterized. The photocurrent properties and the temperature-sensitive luminescent properties of 1 have been investigated.

Heterojunctions have garnered significant attention in the field of photocatalysis due to their exceptional ability to facilitate the separation of photogenerated charge carriers and their high efficiency in hydrogen reaction. However, their overall photocatalytic performance is often constrained by electron transport rates and suboptimal hydrogen adsorption/desorption kinetics. To address these challenges, this study develops a g-CN/MoS@MoC dual-effect synergistic solid-state Z-type heterojunction, synthesized through the in-situ sulfurization of MoC combined with ultrasonic self-assembly technique.

High rates of mortality of the common cockle, , have occurred in the Wash Estuary, UK, since 2008. A previous study linked the mortalities to a novel genotype of , with a strong correlation between cockle moribundity and the presence of . Here, we characterize a novel iridovirus, identified by chance during metagenomic sequencing of a gradient purification of cells, with the presence also correlated to cockle moribundity.

Understanding seagrass dynamics is crucial for the effective management and conservation of seagrass meadows. However, such information remains limited for many regions worldwide, including Kuta Mandalika on Lombok Island, Indonesia. This rapidly developing coastal area, which is home to both tourism infrastructure and an international race circuit, hosts extensive seagrass meadows whose condition and dynamics require careful assessment.

Background: Response to trastuzumab combined with chemotherapy (T-chemo) in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive advanced gastric cancer (AGC) varies widely, highlighting the need for more precise biomarkers beyond conventional HER2 assessment with immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH). The HER2DX ERBB2 messenger RNA (mRNA) assay, a clinically validated genomic test initially developed for early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer, quantitatively measures ERBB2 expression and may improve patient selection for T-chemo in AGC.
Patients And Methods: In a retrospective cohort of 134 patients with AGC, including 58 who received T-chemo, we evaluated whether the HER2DX ERBB2 score defines more accurately HER2 status and correlates with treatment response and survival outcomes in HER2-positive AGC, compared with standard pathology-based methods.
