Article Abstract
The first chromosome‐scale assemblies for North American members of the genus, sugar maple () and boxelder (), as well as transcriptomic evaluation of the abiotic stress response in are reported. This integrated study describes in‐depth aspects contributing to each species' approach to tolerance and applies current knowledge in many areas of plant genome biology with physiology to help convey the genomic complexities underlying tolerance in broadleaf tree species.

Importance: There is an unmet need for long-term, safe, effective, and hormone-free treatments for menopausal symptoms, including vasomotor symptoms (VMS) and sleep disturbances.
Objective: To evaluate the 52-week efficacy and safety of elinzanetant, a dual neurokinin-targeted therapy, for treating moderate to severe VMS associated with menopause.
Design, Setting, And Participants: OASIS-3 was a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized phase 3 clinical trial that was conducted at 83 sites in North America and Europe from August 27, 2021, to February 12, 2024, and included postmenopausal women aged 40 to 65 years who were seeking treatment for moderate to severe VMS (no requirement for a minimum number of VMS events per week).

However, for competitive snow sports such as alpine skiing, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, there is little evidence and a lack of international harmonisation of current best practices. This consensus statement, commissioned by the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS), aims to provide recommendations for the physical and psychological T&T of competitive alpine and freestyle skiers and snowboarders within National Ski and Snowboard Associations.

While the interplay between diabetes mellitus and eating disorders is well-documented, consistent screening and management practices remain underutilized. This article explores the etiology of eating disorders, their manifestations in individuals with diabetes mellitus, and offers clinical insights into recognizing potential eating disorders.
