Although the construct of work engagement has been extensively explored, a systematic meta-analysis based on a consistent categorization of engagement antecedents, outcomes, and well-being correlates is still lacking. The results of prior research reporting 533 correlations from 113 independent samples ( = 94, = 119,420) were coded using a meta-analytic approach. The effect size for development resources ( = .45) and personal resources ( = .48) was higher than for social resources ( = .36) and for job resources ( = .37). Among the outcomes and well-being correlates explored, the effect size was highest for job satisfaction ( = .60) and commitment ( = .63). Furthermore, moderation analysis showed that (a) concerning the occupational role, work engagement finds a low association with turnover intention among civil servants, volunteer workers, and educators; (b) collectivist cultural environments reported a greater association of feedback with engagement than individualistic environments; (c) the relationship between personal resources and engagement was stronger among workers with university degrees than workers with high school diplomas. Furthermore, the absorption dimension showed a lower effect with all variables under investigation than vigor and dedication.

The adolescent mental health crisis is compounded by a shortage of mental health services, which mobile health apps may alleviate. We assessed the feasibility and acceptability of the Wysa app (a commercially available app containing cognitive behavioral therapy-based digital modules and an artificial intelligence-based conversational agent) among 13- to 18-year-old adolescents recruited from a primary care clinic in New York City and online from March to June 2022. We assessed adolescent engagement in the Wysa app over a 3-week period.

Unlabelled: The Media-Fill Test is a crucial procedure in the pharmaceutical industry, especially for the production of sterile drugs that do not undergo terminal sterilization (meaning they are prepared directly under aseptic conditions). The primary goal of the Media-Fill Test is to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the aseptic process in preventing microbial contamination. It doesn't serve to test the sterility of an individual production batch, but rather to: Validate the aseptic process, Qualify personnel, Identify critical points and Verify the environment.

Background: An inward force is experienced by the guide catheter during device retrieval resulting in potential risk of deep engagement into the ostio-proximal coronary segment. This undesired movement can result in coronary injury. There is no systematic data or reports of techniques to prevent such inadvertent guide movement during difficult retrieval of devices.

Objectives: To explore experiential education (EE) and preceptor development experts' perceptions of priorities for preceptor development aimed at supporting learner professional identity formation (PIF) and create a framework for preceptor development to inform future preceptor training programs.
Methods: This multi-component study involved: 1) conducting virtual focus groups of EE and preceptor development experts to explore perceived preceptor development needs, including content and learning outcomes, 2) utilizing a modified nominal group technique (NGT) to identify priorities for preceptor development and 3) creating a preceptor development framework for supporting learner PIF. Transcripts were analyzed to identify specific content areas of focus and practical program insights.
Higher education faces growing calls to rethink traditional approaches to teaching, delivery, and assessment, driven by the evolving needs of modern learners. Today's students seek education that is flexible, personalized, and closely aligned with their career goals. Curricular flexibility supports learner-centered education, promotes adaptability, and empowers students by shifting some decision-making from faculty to learners.
