Objective: To analyze the proteomic differences between mouse secondary oocytes, also known as metaphase Ⅱ oocytes (MⅡ), and the first polar bodies (PB1) using high-resolution single-cell proteomics, to identify key proteins regulating embryonic development, and to provide a molecular basis for optimizing oocyte maturation systems.
Methods: Paired samples of MⅡ ( = 5) and PB1 ( = 5) were analyzed using high-resolution single-cell mass spectrometry (timsTOF HT). Quantitative proteomics and bioinformatics approaches were employed to conduct differential protein screening and functional enrichment.

Background: Autoantibodies represent promising diagnostic blood-based biomarkers that may be generated prior to the first clinically detectable signs of cancers. In present study, we aimed to identify a novel optimized autoantibody panel with high diagnostic accuracy for clinical and preclinical esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) using machine learning (ML) algorithms.
Methods: We identified potential autoantibodies against tumor-associated antigens with serological proteome analysis.

Background: LIPH, a membrane-associated phosphatidic acid-selective phospholipase A1a, can produce LPA (Lysophosphatidic acid) from PA (Phosphatidic acid) on the outer leaflet of the plasma membrane. It is well known that LIPH dysfunction contributes to lipid metabolism disorder. Previous study shows that LIPH was found to be a potential gene related to poor prognosis with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).

is an economically valuable and famous fish in Yunnan Province, China. However, given its slow growth (40 g/2 years) and large growth differences among individuals, its growth performance needs to be improved for sustainable future use, in which molecular breeding technology can play an important role. In the current study, we conducted muscle transcriptomic analysis to investigate the growth gaps among individuals and the mechanism underlying growth within 14 fast- and 14 slow-growth .
