Case: A 56-year-old male patient sustained a traumatic cuboid medioplantar dislocation associated with a lateral cuneiform fracture. The patient was treated with open reduction and fixation using 2 temporary Kirschner wires. During surgery, the plantar ligament apparatus was found to be almost intact and the reduction was easily performed. At the last follow-up visit, the patient's functional outcomes were excellent.
Conclusions: Traumatic cuboid medioplantar dislocation associated with lateral cuneiform fracture usually requires surgical treatment. The authors conclude the integrity of the plantar ligament apparatus may play a role in facilitating the reduction.

Talus is the second largest bone in the posterior region of the foot and participates in the talocrural (ankle), subtalar, and talonavicular joints. Talar fractures account for only one percent of all feet and ankle fractures, being the fracture of the medial tubercle of the posterior process of the talus an uncommon injury, caused by the rupture of the posterior talotibial ligament after dorsiflexion and traumatic pronation. Such fractures may not be radiographically evident, as described in this rare case of fracture of the medial tubercle of the posterior process of the talus with a satisfactory outcome without the need for surgical treatment.

Objectives: To analyze the feasibility, effectiveness and safety of autologous costochondral transplantation (ACT) in patients with Hepple V osteochondral lesion of talus (OLT), and to analyze the short-to-intermediate-term efficacy.
Methods: Clinical data of 27 patients (27 ankles) with Hepple V OLT admitted in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Affiliated Sixth People's Hospital between February 2020 and February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, of which were treated with ACT. The general information, operation time, and hospitalization days of the patients were recorded.

Background: This study is designed to assess the extent to which the outcomes of arthroscopic microfracture surgery for talus osteochondral lesions (OLTs)-whether of traumatic or atraumatic origin-are influenced by these underlying etiologic factors. Toward this end, it aims to optimise patient selection and treatment plans, thereby enabling the prediction of surgical prognosis.
Methods: This retrospective study included 70 ankles from 70 patients with OLTs, who were treated with microfracture procedures using anterior ankle arthroscopy by orthopaedic surgeons at two different medical centres.
