Background: This study investigated the clinical utility of the combined use of objective and subjective measures of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) prepharmacological and postpharmacological treatment.
Methods: Adults with ADHD (N = 77) completed the Quantified Behavioral Test, self-ratings of ADHD-related symptoms, and quality of life measures pretreatment and posttreatment.
Results: The use of objective and subjective measures of ADHD-related symptoms during initiation and follow-up of pharmacological treatment resulted in significant improvements in quality of life after 6 months. Both objective and subjective measures captured changes in ADHD-related symptoms, with more patients showing clinically relevant treatment effects on objective measures. Convergence rates between objective and subjective measures were low to moderate, and improvements on these measures correlated with increased quality of life.
Conclusions: Objective and subjective measures of ADHD capture important components of the condition. The findings from this study have important implications for clinical practice.

Background: Telerehabilitation is a promising solution to provide continuity of care. Most existing telerehabilitation platforms focus on rehabilitating upper limbs, balance, and cognitive training, but exercises improving cardiovascular fitness are often neglected.
Objective: The objective of this study is to evaluate the acceptability and feasibility of a telerehabilitation intervention combining cognitive and aerobic exercises.

Background And Objective: Male fertility assessment through sperm morphology analysis remains a critical component of reproductive health evaluation, as abnormal sperm morphology is strongly correlated with reduced fertility rates and poor assisted reproductive technology outcomes. Traditional manual analysis performed by embryologists is time-intensive, subjective, and prone to significant inter-observer variability, with studies reporting up to 40% disagreement between expert evaluators. This research presents a novel deep learning framework combining Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM) with ResNet50 architecture and advanced deep feature engineering (DFE) techniques for automated, objective sperm morphology classification.

Background And Objectives: As they age, many people experience memory changes that can impact their everyday functioning. The Memory Impact Questionnaire (MIQ) is a 51-item measure that assesses the negative impact of memory changes on one's lifestyle activities, negative appraisals of the self due to memory changes, perceived negative appraisals from others due to memory changes, and coping approaches intended to compensate for memory changes. To improve the utility of this tool, we developed a short form version of the MIQ and investigated its psychometric properties.

Objective: Frequent and objective assessment of ataxia severity is essential for tracking disease progression and evaluating the effectiveness of potential treatments. Wearable-based assessments have emerged as a promising solution. However, existing methods rely on inertial data features directly correlated with subjective and coarse clinician-evaluated rating scales, which serve as imperfect gold standards.

Patients with inflammation-associated coronary artery disease (CAD) may exhibit rapid progression and require regular coronary imaging. To evaluate the diagnostic performance of spectral photon-counting detector (PCD) coronary CTA with reduced radiation and contrast media doses for detecting coronary stenosis and in-stent restenosis in patients with inflammation-associated CAD. This prospective study enrolled patients with inflammation-associated CAD from January 2023 to March 2024.
