Background: Recurrence of atrial fibrillation (AF) after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA) remains a major clinical challenge in patients with persistent AF. This study aimed to identify independent risk factors for post-ablation recurrence and to develop a nomogram prediction model integrating clinical, laboratory, and echocardiographic parameters.
Methods: In this retrospective study, 306 patients with persistent AF who underwent first-time RFA between June 2021 and June 2024 were enrolled.

Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is now the standard treatment for aortic stenosis, offering a less invasive alternative to surgery. While 3D printing and finite element analysis (FEA) show promise for pre-procedural planning, their accuracy in predicting post-TAVI device geometry remains unclear. This study evaluates the agreement between patient-specific FEA models, 3D-printed phantoms, and post-TAVI CT imaging in replicating implanted device geometry.

Background: Inferior vena cava filter related thrombosis (IVCFT) poses significant challenges in patients undergoing mechanical thromboembolic prophylaxis, often leading to filter retrieval failure and recurrent pulmonary embolism. Current diagnostic modalities, including ultrasound, CT venography, and digital subtraction angiography (DSA), suffer from limitations such as operator dependency, ferromagnetic interference, patient transfer risks, and suboptimal multiplanar reconstruction capabilities. Cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), offering real-time three-dimensional vascular imaging within the angiography suite, holds promise for overcoming these barriers.

Objective: Anatomical variations in the sacrococcygeal region can lead to complications such as accidental dural puncture during caudal block. This study aimed to determine the prevalence of sacrococcygeal anatomical variations using ultrasonography and to evaluate the necessity of ultrasound guidance in sacral block procedures.
Methods: Ultrasound findings of sacrococcygeal anatomy were validated against magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Objective: Aortic anatomy may pose challenges to the advancement of the delivery catheter system (DCS) and affect the outcome of self-expanding transcatheter aortic valve replacement (SE-TAVR). This study aimed to develop a preprocedural CT-based nomogram to predict the passability of DCS and clinical SE-TAVR outcomes.
Methods And Results: Data of 348 patients who underwent transfemoral SE-TAVR were retrospectively collected from May 2018 to December 2023.
