Intracavitary cardiac metastasis is a rare manifestation of primary lung cancer which can be associated with a very poor prognosis. In this condition, the right chambers of the heart are more commonly involved and the invasion of the left atrium (LA) through the venous routes is highly exceptional. Poorly differentiated large-cell neuroendocrine tumors also include only 3% of all primary lung carcinomas which can have adverse outcomes. Therefore, in this report, a rare case of a 72-year-old male patient with poorly differentiated large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the right lung spreading to the LA through the right pulmonary veins was described.

Background: Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive primary CNS anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is an extremely rare pediatric malignancy. Its radiological appearance often mimics infectious or glial lesions, complicating diagnosis and delaying treatment.
Observations: The authors report the case of a 10-year-old immunocompetent female who presented with absence seizures and vomiting.

"Primary neuroendocrine breast carcinoma (NEBC) is an underdiagnosed subtype of breast cancer, which includes small cell (SCNEC) and large cell neuroendocrine carcinomas (LCNEC). Accurate diagnosis remains challenging given their low incidence; misclassification as invasive breast carcinoma of no special type (IBC-NST), invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC), or a metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma may occur. Cases with any component of adenocarcinoma and well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors were excluded.

Rationale: Large cell lung carcinoma (LCLC) is a rare undifferentiated malignant epithelial tumor of the lung. The diagnostic complexity of LCLC stems from its pronounced histological heterogeneity and diverse clinical presentation, particularly when extrapulmonary manifestations constitute the initial disease presentation, complicating early detection.
Patient Concerns: A 58-year-old smoker presented with acute-onset dizziness, lethargy, and communication difficulties lasting 1 day.
