Article Abstract
Left ventricular aneurysms may be repaired by the linear technique or endoventricular circular patch plasty technique. Choice of technique should be based on the individual patient, including cavity and aneurysm geometry. In this article, we describe the principles underlying decision making with 2 illustrative cases.

This is true as regards Russia where coercion was used for political purposes during the Soviet period. However, substantial changes have occurred in the psychiatric system in recent decades with a focus on patients' rights and the idea of consent.

While early identification of high-risk patients could enable preventive interventions and improve survival, evidence on the effectiveness of current prediction methods remains inconclusive. Limited research exists on patients' prearrest pathophysiological status and predictive and prognostic factors of IHCA, highlighting the need for a comprehensive synthesis of predictive methodologies.

Purpose: To investigate the responsiveness of the patient-reported outcome measure pediatric physical therapy (PROM-ppt), a questionnaire used to also stimulate shared decision making in Dutch pediatric physical therapy practices.
Methods: Children completed the PROM-ppt at intake and 3 months after intervention or post-intervention. Reported problems were categorized as motor or pain related goals for intervention.
