Noncanonical transcriptions include transcriptions that systematically exchange nucleotides, also called bijective transformations or swinger transformations. Swinger transformation A↔T+C↔G recovers identities of 8 among 9 unknown RNAs differentially expressed in centroblastic lymphoma, a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-associated non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The identified RNAs align with human genes with known anti-HIV1 or oncogenic activities. Function disruption through swinger-transformed transcription potentially enables avoiding antiviral responses and contributes to cancer induction.

Primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma (PCFCL) is a type of cutaneous B-cell lymphoma with an indolent behavior and a 5-year disease-specific survival of 95%. Given the difficulty of identifying patients at risk for developing extracutaneous dissemination (ECD), this study aimed to identify predictors in the clinical presentation, histopathology, immune phenotype, and genetic profile of PCFCL patients by comparing those who developed ECD with those whose disease remained skin limited (SL) during follow-up. After review of clinical data and histopathology, a total of 13 ECD-PCFCL patients and 15 SL-PCFCL patients with varying treatments were included from the Dutch Cutaneous Lymphomas Registry.

Background And Objective: In the medical field of digital pathology, many tasks rely on visual assessments of tissue patterns or cells, presenting an opportunity to apply computer vision methods. However, acquiring a substantial number of annotations for developing deep learning algorithms remains a bottleneck. The annotation process is inherently biased due to various constraints, including labor shortages, high costs, time inefficiencies, and a strongly imbalanced distribution of labels.

Purpose Of Review: Primary cutaneous lymphomas (PCL) are an uncommon malignancy of the lymphocytes, primarily presenting with dermatologic lesions. Central nervous system(CNS) metastatic manifestations, are even rarer. This review focus mainly on three aspects namely early suspicion of CNS involvement, selection of cases for CNS chemo-prophylaxis and lastly, the rare occurrence from skin straight to brain without other organ involvement.

The CREBBP lysine acetyltransferase (KAT) is frequently mutated in follicular lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and has been studied using gene knockout in murine and human cells. However, most CREBBP mutations encode amino acid substitutions within the catalytic KAT domain (CREBBP KAT-PM) that retain an inactive protein and have not been extensively characterized. Using CRISPR gene editing and extensive epigenomic characterization of lymphoma cell lines, we found that CREBBP KAT-PM lead to unloading of CREBBP from chromatin, loss of enhancer acetylation, and prevention of EP300 compensation.

This review comprehensively compares lymphoma in humans and dogs, highlighting the canine model's utility in translational research. Canine lymphoma (cL), predominantly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mirrors human non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) in its clinical presentation, including lymphadenopathy, systemic symptoms (e.g.
