Here, we present the draft genome sequence of strain UYCP14C, a rhizobium isolated from nodules. The assembled genome size was around 9.8 million bp, containing 9,031 predicted protein-coding sequences, including several symbiotic and nitrogen fixation genes. UYCP14C appears to be a novel species of the plant growth-promoting genus.

is a pathogen of global health importance due to its role in causing Legionnaires' disease (LD), a severe form of community-acquired pneumonia. Throughout the USA and Europe, is often identified as the primary cause of LD, but in countries such as New Zealand and Australia, where testing for non- species is employed systematically, high rates of are reported. Development of genomic tools to track outbreaks and identify infection sources for has lagged behind that of .

The wrentit (Chamaea fasciata) is a chaparral and scrub specialist bird found from coastal Oregon to northern Baja California. We generated a draft reference assembly for the species using PacBio HiFi long read and Omni-C chromatin-proximity sequencing data as part of the California Conservation Genomics Project (CCGP). Sequenced reads were assembled into 1342 scaffolds totaling 1.

We present the draft genome sequence of a petroleum-degrading bacterium DG-1. The genome size of strain DG-1 is 6,734,315 bp with a GC content of 66.07%, which contains 6,213 genes, including crude oil degradation, biosurfactant synthesis, and quorum sensing, providing valuable insights into the mechanisms of petroleum biodegradation.
