Focusing on outperforming nurse-sensitive indicators, the role of the MPD is a vitally important one that requires multiple skill sets, including clinical knowledge, expertise in project management, and skill in collaborating to directly impact patient outcomes. The Nursing Professional Development Practice Model outlines roles that MPDs can use to advance nursing excellence, promote professional practice, and drive quality outcomes.

This commentary reflects on policy processes and health financing dynamics emerging from the papers in the Special Series and examines what it means for the new strategy in development by the GFF.

However, legumes often exhibit off-flavors and aromas, causing negative consumer perceptions. Lupins are an underutilized legume that is becoming popular as a plant protein source due to their high protein, fiber, and low starch contents.
