Research into the mechanisms underlying neuromodulation by tES using in-vivo animal models is key to overcoming experimental limitations in humans and essential to building a detailed understanding of the in-vivo consequences of tES. Insights from such animal models are needed to develop targeted and effective therapeutic applications of non-invasive brain stimulation in humans. The sheer difference in scale and geometry between animal models and the human brain contributes to the complexity of designing and interpreting animal studies.

Despite growing equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) efforts in organizations, many socially advantaged individuals remain inactive as potential allies. , a notorious forest pest in southwest China, primarily employs infochemicals to coordinate mass attacks that overcome host tree defenses. However, secondary visual cues, particularly detection of host color changes, also aid host location. This study characterized the compound eye structure and vision of using electron microscopy and phototaxis tests.

Background: Currently, insufficient attention is being paid to methods of rehabilitation of patients with neglect syndrome. It is necessary to create an effective way to overcome this condition.
Objective: After we developed and tested a specialized rehabilitation training program for patients with neglect syndrome, we sought to verify that the designed program would have a positive impact on the indicators of visuospatial search in these patients, in contrast to a control group.
