Background: Third-space endoscopy (TSE) is a rapidly emerging field in gastrointestinal (GI) medicine that employs techniques such as endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), and submucosal tunneling endoscopic resection. Despite TSE's expanding clinical applications and minimally invasive advantages of TSE, the global research landscape and collaborative networks that drive its evolution remain poorly defined.
Methods: A comprehensive search of the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) was conducted for publications between 2015 and 2025 using predefined TSE-related keywords.

Objective: The comprehensive systematic review was conducted to assess the efficacy and associated factors of submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection (STER) in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal submucosal tumor.
Methods: Databases including PubMed, Web of Science, CNKI, Wang Fang, VIP and Embase were electronically searched for studies on STER for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal submucosal tumors from inception to September 17, 2024. Two authors conducted the literature search independently.

Background: Refractory esophageal strictures (ES) are defined an anatomical restriction without an active endoscopic inflammation resulting in dysphagia after a minimum of five seriated dilatations in a 4-weeks interval. Recurrent ES (REES) refer to the inability to maintain a satisfactory luminal diameter for four weeks once an age-appropriate feeding diameter was achieved. Seriated endoscopic dilations are the reference maintenance for ES in pediatric age.
