A two-axis thrust stand is developed and validated experimentally, enabling direct and simultaneous measurements of two components of the thrust vector of an electric thruster. It is made of two piled-up single-axis stages, each having a hanging deformable parallelogram geometry. A mass deposition calibration method is used to calibrate the thrust stand, including crosstalk between axes.

Geometric changes in the sigmoid sinus diverticulum (SSD) can alter its hemodynamic - a primary factor contributing to pulsatile tinnitus (PT). However, not all SSD cases lead to clinical PT symptoms. This study aims to investigate the influence of the diameter of the diverticulum (EDD) on the hemodynamics of the sigmoid sinus in PT.

Neuromorphic Visual Devices hold considerable promise for integration into neuromorphic vision systems that combine sensing, memory, and computing. This potential arises from their synergistic benefits in optical signal detection and neuro-inspired computational processes. However, current devices face challenges such as insufficient light/dark resistance ratios, mismatched transient photo-response, and volatile retention characteristics, limiting their adaptability to complex artificial vision systems.

Introduction: Tenvermectin (TVM) is a novel avermectin-class drug that has attracted attention for its superior antiparasitic potency, low toxicity, and broad-spectrum activity. However, uncertainty about its interaction with cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYPs) has raised concerns about potential therapeutic failure, increased risk of toxicity, dangerous drug combinations, and prolonged discontinuation periods.
Method: To address these critical safety concerns, we conducted a systematic comparative study using a highly selective and quantitatively accurate substrate conversion assay to assess and compare the effects of TVM and ivermectin (IVM) on the activities of key CYPs (CYP1A1/2, 2B1, 2C6, 2D2, and 3A1/2).

Climatic challenges increasingly threaten global food security, necessitating crops with enhanced multi-stress resilience. Through systematic transcriptomic analysis of 100 wheat genotypes under heat, drought, cold, and salt stress, we identified 3237 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) enriched in key stress-response pathways. Core transcription factors (, , ) and two functional modules governing abiotic tolerance were characterized.
