Article Abstract
Echinococcosis is a major parasitic zoonosis of public health importance worldwide. This is particularly true in sheep-raising countries including Egypt. Therefore, it is very important to identify the significant risk factors of the diseases by reviewing studies done in the region in the past decade to help policy makers design appropriate control strategies.

The development of non-Hodgkin lymphoma following liver transplant is rare. We present an unusual case of a 40-year-old female patient with morbid obesity who had undergone a deceased donor liver transplant for an unresectable neuroendocrine tumor of the liver 12 years ago. She presented with a lesion in the tail of pancreas that was suggestive of a recurrent neuroendocrine tumor.

An 84-year-old Caucasian male was referred for evaluation of a worsening left medial canthal lesion for consideration of excision. The patient reported a 4-year history of the painless canthal lesion gradually increasing in size with progressively obstructed peripheral vision.
