Background: Robotic single-port transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (RSP-vNOTES) is an emerging minimally invasive approach that combines the advantages of robotic surgery with scarless transvaginal access. Its application in gynecologic oncology remains limited, particularly for omentectomy during ovarian cancer staging.
Methods: We present the case of a 45-year-old woman with an ovarian granulosa cell tumor (GCT) who underwent supplemental staging surgery following unilateral oophorectomy.

Case Summary: A 75-year-old Italian woman with previous episodes of right heart failure was diagnosed with World Health Organization (WHO) functional class IV pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) complicated by torrential tricuspid regurgitation. After 6 months of treatment with diuretic agents, macitentan, and tadalafil, she improved to WHO functional class III, with a pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) decreasing from 5.

Background: Remote services (in which the patient and staff member are not physically colocated) and digital services (in which a patient encounter is digitally mediated in some way) were introduced extensively when the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020. We undertook a longitudinal qualitative study of the introduction, embedding, evolution and abandonment of remote and digital innovations in United Kingdom general practice. This synoptic paper summarises study design, methods, key findings, outputs and impacts to date.

BACKGROUND Pediatric sinonasal tumors are rare, accounting for about 4% of all pediatric head and neck neoplasms. Due to their nonspecific symptoms such as nasal obstruction, epistaxis, and facial pain, these tumors often present diagnostic challenges and lead to delays in managment. Early and accurate diagnosis is crucial to optimize clinical outcomes.

We present the case of a 54-year-old patient treated with cemiplimab, an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI), for multiple basal cell carcinomas in the context of Gorlin Goltz syndrome. Gorlin Goltz syndrome is an autosomal dominant multisystem disorder characterized, among other features, by multiple early-onset basal cell carcinomas (BCCs). After receiving Cemiplimab, she developed aquaporin-4 antibody (AQP4-Ab) positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD).
