Article Abstract

A remarkable enhancement of p-channel properties is achieved in initially n-channel dominant ambipolar P(NDI2OD-T2) organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) by the use of the fluorinated high-k dielectric P(VDF-TrFE). An almost two orders of magnitude increase in hole mobility (~0.11 cm(2) V(-1) s(-1) ) originates from a strong interface modification at the semiconductor/dielectric interface, which provides high-performance complementary-like inverters and ring oscillator circuits.

Soda biscuit-like Ag-ZnO@ZIF-8 heterostructures were successfully synthesized using a secondary hydrothermal method for the first time, demonstrating exceptional ethylene glycol sensing performance. The sample (2-Methylimidazol (MeIm) concentration of 0.04 g) exhibits a remarkable response value of 1325.

Decades of antibiotic misuse have spurred an antimicrobial resistance crisis, creating an urgent demand for alternative treatment options. Although phototherapy has therapeutic potential, the efficacy of the most advanced photosensitizers (PS) is essentially limited by aggregation-induced quenching, which significantly reduces their therapeutic effect. To address these challenges, we developed a cationic metallocovalent organic framework (CRuP-COF) via a solvent-mediated dual-reaction synthesis strategy.

The oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in conventional zinc-air batteries (ZABs) involves a complex multielectron transfer process, leading to slow reaction kinetics, high charging voltage, and low energy efficiency. To address these limitations, a zinc-ethanol/air battery (ZEAB) system that strategically replaces the OER with the ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR) possessing a lower thermodynamic potential has been proposed. Herein, a bimetallic catalyst CuCo-embedded nitrogen-doped carbon (CuCo-20%-1), derived from a Cu/Co/Cd co-coordinated metal-organic precursor, is synthesized and exhibits an excellent performance for both EOR and ORR.

Anaplastic thyroid cancer (ATC) is the most aggressive form of thyroid malignancy and currently lacks effective treatment options. While anti-PD1 therapy has shown remarkable clinical results in some cases, only a subset of ATC patients responds to it. Eganelisib (IPI549), a highly selective PI3Kγ inhibitor, can alleviate the tumor immunosuppressive state by reducing the proportion of M2-like tumor associated macrophages, partially overcoming patient resistance to anti-PD1 therapy and synergizing with its efficacy.

Rapid identification and accurate diagnosis are critical for individuals with acute leukemia (AL). Here, we propose a combined deep learning and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (DL-SERS) classification strategy to achieve rapid and sensitive identification of AL with various subtypes and genetic abnormalities. More than 390 of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples are collected as targets, encompassing healthy control, AL patients, and individuals with other diseases.
