Background: Globally, childhood neglect remains common in both developed and developing settings. However, there is a lack of robust evidence regarding the association between childhood neglect and adult mental disorders.
Methods: Using a sibling-comparison study nested within the FAMILY Cohort, we assessed the role of childhood neglect and abuse in adult mental disorders, taking into account known and unknown familial confounders shared by siblings.

Background: Major depressive disorder (MDD) has been increasingly understood as a disorder of network-level functional dysconnectivity. However, previous brain connectome studies have primarily relied on node-centric approaches, neglecting critical edge-edge interactions that may capture essential features of network dysfunction.
Methods: This study included resting-state functional MRI data from 838 MDD patients and 881 healthy controls (HC) across 23 sites.

Person identification method based on electroencephalograms (EEG) signals, or so called brainprint recognition is a novel way to distinguish identities with advantages of high security. However, existing methods neglect the distribution difference between training and test data, and the large distance between projected features in the latent space makes the performance of the model degrade in the unseen domain data. In this paper, we propose channel aggregated based generalized contrastive learning framework, which combines multiple modules to overcome this challenge.

Objective: After we developed and tested a specialized rehabilitation training program for patients with neglect syndrome, we sought to verify that the designed program would have a positive impact on the indicators of visuospatial search in these patients, in contrast to a control group.

Objective: Unilateral neglect (UN) is a common post-stroke condition, yet its underlying pathological mechanisms are not fully elucidated. This study aims to explore cortical function and brain network connectivity in patients with UN by employing transcranial magnetic stimulation-electroencephalography (TMS-EEG).
Methods: The study involved three groups: 10 healthy controls, 10 patients with UN, and 10 stroke patients without UN.
