The study considers data on 15 STR-loci from paternity cases across Belarus districts from 2004 to the beginning of 2006 (set #1, 580 individuals) and since that to the beginning of 2007 (set #2, 530 individuals); the data majorly consist of ethnic Belarusians. No significant difference was found between the sets, as well as between the country districts in which the cases occurred. The allele frequencies obtained are very similar to those based on population survey at common loci. Therefore, a data base can be constructed of data from wide survey on paternity cases. Pooling the sets together provides a reference data base on the Belarus population. Additionally, we compared the allele profiles to those in other Slavic groups from the former USSR: Russians from Moscow and eastern Ukrainians from Kharkov city.

The Buchwald-Hartwig (B-H) reaction graph, a novel graph for deep learning models, is designed to simulate the interactions among multiple chemical components in the B-H reaction by representing each reactant as an individual node within a custom-designed reaction graph, thereby capturing both single-molecule and intermolecular relationship features. Trained on a high-throughput B-H reaction data set, B-H Reaction Graph Neural Network (BH-RGNN) achieves near-state-of-the-art performance with an score of 0.971 while maintaining low computational costs.

The synthesis of -tetrakis(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)porphyrin [HT(3,4,5-OCH)PP] and cobalt(II) -tetrakis(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)porphyrin [Co(T(3,4,5-OCH)PP)] has been successfully accomplished. The oxidation properties of [Co(T(3,4,5-OCH)PP)] have been assessed through UV-vis, NMR, and EPR techniques. It can be seen in the UV-vis spectrum that adding SbCl caused extra peaks to appear at 674 nm, which means that a π-cation radical was formed.

Objective: To estimate the incidence and factors associated with SARS-CoV-2 reinfection and post-vaccination infection in nursing professionals.
Methods: This was a prospective, descriptive, and analytical cohort study conducted in Recife from March 2020 to January 2023, following 399 nursing professionals. The cumulative incidences of COVID-19 infection and reinfection were estimated with a 95% confidence interval (95%CI).

Introduction: There remains limited research exploring the experiences of informal carers from ethnically minoritised groups, particularly to illustrate perceptions of caring roles and challenges they may face to address unmet needs. While barriers such as language, cultural expectations and discrimination are acknowledged in wider literature, little is known about how these influence caregiving experiences or access to services in practice. This work seeks to better describe the barriers and facilitators impacting carers from ethnically minoritised groups, as well as illustrate possible influences of culture and carer identity affecting this under-researched population.

Exposure to traumatic events is common amongst children from refugee backgrounds. Given the restricted access of refugee children to formal specialist resources and disrupted parental support mechanisms in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), teachers are increasingly expected to be the primary responders to the complex psychosocial needs of trauma-exposed refugee children. However, despite LMICs hosting over two-thirds of the world's refugee children, our current knowledge of how teachers respond to these needs is predominantly drawn from studies conducted in well-resourced, high-income countries, which fails to capture the unique experiences of teachers in inadequately resourced schools in LMICs.
