The ability to examine histopathology and other hematological slides under microscope is a necessary and important service which should be available in every health facility. The slides need to be projected on to a screen. We describe an inexpensive and easily constructed technique for projecting magnified images of slides using a simple microscope. It is effective both for making observations and for use as a teaching aid.

Background: With the increasing incidence of skin cancer, the workload for pathologists has surged. The diagnosis of skin samples, especially for complex lesions such as malignant melanomas and melanocytic lesions, has shown higher diagnostic variability compared to other organ samples. Consequently, artificial intelligence (AI)-based diagnostic assistance programs are increasingly needed to support dermatopathologists in achieving more consistent diagnoses.

Aims: gene is amplified in 15%-20% of invasive breast cancers (IBCs), serving as critical prognostic and predictive marker. -targeted therapies have improved outcomes for -positive patients, highlighting the importance of accurate assessment. Immunohistochemistry is commonly used for screening overexpression, with equivocal cases reflex tested using in situ hybridisation (ISH) methods like fluorescence (FISH) or dual-colour dual ISH (D-DISH).

Deep learning (DL) has significantly improved the diagnostic accuracy and efficiency of cytopathologists. However, current DL-assisted reading modes have yet to be fully evaluated, and there is limited evidence regarding cytopathologists' preferences and experiences. This study employs a randomized, controlled, four-way crossover design to assess the effectiveness of four different reading modes in cervical cytopathology readings.

Rationale And Objectives: To develop deep learning-based multiomics models for predicting postoperative distant metastasis (DM) and evaluating survival prognosis in colorectal cancer (CRC) patients.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 521 CRC patients who underwent curative surgery at two centers. Preoperative CT and postoperative hematoxylin-eosin (HE) stained slides were collected.
