Wearable bioelectronics have transformed modern biomedical applications by enabling seamless integration with biological tissues, providing continuous, comprehensive, and personalized healthcare. Skin cancer, particularly melanoma, poses a significant clinical challenge due to its high metastatic potential and associated mortality. Traditional diagnostic approaches face limitations in accuracy, accessibility, and reproducibility, while existing treatments are often constrained by systemic toxicity and therapeutic resistance.

Background: In-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA) remains a public health conundrum with high morbidity and mortality rates. While early identification of high-risk patients could enable preventive interventions and improve survival, evidence on the effectiveness of current prediction methods remains inconclusive. Limited research exists on patients' prearrest pathophysiological status and predictive and prognostic factors of IHCA, highlighting the need for a comprehensive synthesis of predictive methodologies.

Tissue factor (TF) has emerged as a promising target for the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, there is limited data available on TF-related PET imaging for longitudinal monitoring of the pathophysiological changes during HCC formation. Herein, we aimed to explore the TF-expression feature and compare a novel TF-targeted PET probe with F-FDG through longitudinal imaging in diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced rat HCC.

Without universal health insurance, patients rely on out-of-pocket payments or black-market channels for costly immunotherapies, underscoring the need for real-world data to inform equitable policy reforms.
Methods: We conducted a multicenter, retrospective cohort study of patients who received at least one dose of an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) between January 2017 and December 2023 across six Armenian oncology centers.

The global rise in antibiotic resistance demands the urgent development of new antibacterial agents. This study investigated the antibacterial potential of four synthesized methoxy and thiophene chalcone derivatives (designated 3a, 4a, 3b, and 4b) against clinically relevant bacterial pathogens. These compounds were prepared through Claisen-Schmidt condensation, while their chemical structures were verified through applying Fourier-transform infrared, mass spectrometry, H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and C NMR.
